"Receptionist was extremely rude, Disrespectful and wouldn’t transfer me to an agent who would negotiate and change our policy. Don’t recommend at all. Literally had issues with the receptionist every month since December. Still no word from Mr. Cripe, doubt he is even getting our messages. Had to call another agent to learn how our family can transfer agents. Fyi you can do it online."

And for any online quotes and discrepancy, she will work with main office to address the issue.
