They can’t even answer simple questions about my policy. And trying to speak with the owner David Cripe is like scheduling a meeting with the president, he is never available. Please save yourself headaches and pick a different agent. State Farm is good is just this agent sucks. Update: David, please stop embarrassing yourself. It’s funny that you took the time to write a lengthy response here but never had the decency or courage to call me back. Yeah, making the decision to change agents was the best move I could have done.
