"I had a very disappointing experience with this auto insurance company. They refuse to offer short-term policies (1, 3, or 6 months), which feels like a way to rip off customers by forcing them into long-term commitments. On top of that, the customer service is terrible. The agents are extremely rude and unprofessional—they don’t answer calls, and when they do, they’re not helpful at all. I’m not sure how they run their business with such poor service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. ____________________________________ I never said that I would cancel the policy immediately. What I mentioned was that in the future, if I find a better rate with another provider, I may switch—which is a right every customer has. I hope you have the recordings to verify this conversation. Is it wrong to consider switching for a better offer in the future? Additionally, your claim that the agent called me multiple times is incorrect. In fact, the agent told me she would put my policy on hold and get back to me, but she never answered my calls after that. This needs to be corrected in your statement. For your information, I was with State Farm for 8 years and never faced any issues like this. I am surprised that you’re claiming I would cancel when I did not state that. It feels like you're making assumptions, which isn’t professional. Are you suggesting that switching in the future is not allowed? Insurance policies are taken on a monthly rate basis, and as a customer, I have the freedom to switch whenever I see fit. The issue here seems to be the reluctance to process paperwork efficiently, not my future intentions"
