"I've been with state farm for quite some time and recently came across an issue where there was no response for the State Farm's Claims team. I tried multiple times, no luck. I tried all methods of communication and still no response from that team. Frustrated and disappointed, I reached out to Jamie and explained my issue. She followed up constantly whether or not I had heard back and even after that, no luck. But finally after about a week I heard back from the respective team. And I know it was only because of Jamie as she was constantly following up and checking in. It's rare to find such dedicated person who actually cares and empathizes. Thank you Jamie. Also, David and his team are the best!"

"I called to switch over my insurance to a new car, and miss Tammy was extremely understanding and helpful I didnt feel rushed to pushed to any decisions that felt uncomfortable. "Absolutely horrible experience. First they charge me $787 per month for home and two cars. Progressive gave me same policy for $320 per month. And then on top of that they say to cancel the policy you must submit decleration pages of new policy. There is no texas law that requires that. Stay away, there are much better insurance companies out there."

We asked for your declarations pages for proof of coverage before cancelling so that you are not without a gap in coverage. Our agency does not control premiums and pricing.
