Please save yourself headaches and pick a different agent. State Farm is good is just this agent sucks. Update: David, please stop embarrassing yourself. It’s funny that you took the time to write a lengthy response here but never had the decency or courage to call me back. Yeah, making the decision to change agents was the best move I could have done.
